All of our swimwear goes through a quality control to prevent a defective products from being sent to a customer. If you still received a defective product, please contact us as you find the problem and before using the product so we can solve the problem as soon as possible.

We use Israel post “ECO” method to send our product within 7 to 10 business days to the following countries:
Ireland, USA, Norway, Finland, Canada, Austria, Italy, Belgium, Brazil, UK, Germany, Netherlands, Hong Kong, Greece, Japan, Spain, Poland, France, Switzerland, Russia, Denmark, Portugal, Sweden, Australia , Taiwan, South Korea, Thailand
For the rest of the countries it might take a little bit longer. You may contact us with a specific country to check the estimated delivery time to there.
Once the order had shipped out, the order status will change from “In Process” to “Completed” and a message will be sent to your email address.
The message will include a tracking number which can be used in Israel post office website on this link: https://mypost.israelpost.co.il/itemtrace
* If you are registered to the website, shipping status information and tracking number will also appear on “My Orders” page.
In most of the categories it’s possible to add a padding.
You’ll have an option in the product page to do so, in additional fee of 2$.
